Appointments

We entertain walk-ins, however, we give priority to guests who have made an advance booking. It is best to arrive 5 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals will be subjected to reduced treatment time or even cancellation.

Cancellation

As a courtesy to our specialists, please give us at least 3 hours notice. It will allow us time to notify guests who may wish to enjoy our services at this time
